Existing patients who attended before this, will continue to be bulk billed.
All new patients who joined after this time will be privately billed for all of their consultations.

Our Appoitments
Please phone us for an appointment or book online.
If you need more time with the doctor, please tell the receptionist when making your booking. Urgent medical problems will always be dealt with promptly.​
Walk ins
​
We can accept walk-in patients if in an emergency. As a walk-in patient you may have to wait an extended period of time due to other patients have already booked appointments and you will be advised of an average wait time if you walk in.
We recommend booking an appointment to ensure you are not waiting as long.
Home Visits
If you are a regular patient and can’t travel to the medical centre, your GP may be able to visit you at your home or offer Telehealth if you meet the criteria. Home visits are at the discretion of your GP and will only be offered to patients in the local area, and at certain times. Please contact the clinic for more details.
What to bring
​Prior to your appointment, please obtain and forward any health/discharge summaries and/or medication list.
If you are a new patient, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
While you will be pre-registered over the phone, it will still be necessary to complete paperwork at the time of your appointment, so please remember to bring your Medicare Card and Health Care or Concession Card.

Fees and Rebates

At Jupiter Health Warnbro, we will continue to bulk bill patients under 16 years of age and over 65 years of age who hold a valid Concession card. All other patients will be privately billed.
A list of our consultation fees is provided below:
Standard Consultation: $80.00 with a Medicare rebate of $42.95
Long Consultation: $135.00 with a Medicare rebate of $82.90
Non-Medicare Cardholders & Did Not Attend (DNA) Fees & Cancellation Policy

Please contact the surgery prior to your appointment if you are unable to attend, failing to do this or not attending your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of $50 per standard appointment or $100.00 for a long consult. ** Allied Health fees differ – please enquire with our reception staff **
Surgery and Dressings: There may be a cost involved for consumables used during these types of procedures.
Please ask the doctor or nurse prior to any procedure if any out of pocket expenses will be incurred. If you have any concerns please speak with our reception staff.
