Fees
At Jupiter Health Warnbro, we are committed to providing transparent and affordable healthcare. Since 1 November 2025, we have transitioned to a Medicare Bulk Billing Practice to better serve our community.
Medicare & Bulk Billing
We Bulk Bill all patients who hold a valid Medicare card for all eligible services. This means there is no out of pocket cost for standard consultations covered by Medicare.
Private Fees & Non Eligible Services
For services not covered by Medicare, or if you do not hold a valid Medicare card, private fees will apply. Please note that non eligible services do not attract a Medicare rebate.
Standard Private Rate: Fees are time based at $85.00 per 10 minutes (+ GST).
Specialist Fees: Pricing for specialists differs from general GP rates. Please enquire with our reception staff for specific pricing.
Medical Assessments: Pre employment and Driving Licence medicals are not covered by Medicare. These are billed at the time based rate of $80.00 per 10 minutes (+ GST).
Procedures & Dressings: While the consultation may be bulk billed, some procedures or dressings may incur a fee for consumables. Please confirm any potential out of pocket costs with your doctor or nurse prior to your procedure.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
We understand that plans change; however, to ensure all patients have access to care, we require notice if you cannot attend.
Important: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment or provide prior notice of cancellation will result in a non refundable charge:
Standard Appointment: $60.00
Long Consultation: $120.00
